Angioleiomyomas are uncommon benign tumors comprising smooth muscle and vascular endothelial cells. Their occurrence in the head and neck region, especially among pediatric patients, is extremely rare. This article presents a case of a 14-year-old male with an angioleiomyoma in the right neck, which was surgically removed via a modified Blair incision and superficial parotidectomy. This case adds to the limited literature on angioleiomyomas in the pediatric head and neck area, providing a comprehensive review of existing medical knowledge.
