Problem/Objective: Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is an inflammatory disorder of the esophagus that usually presents as gastrointestinal symptoms; although, it can cause airway obstruction. We report a case of a young adult with new biphasic stridor found to have tracheal stenosis, a previously undescribed manifestation of EoE.

Methodology: This is a case report of a patient at a tertiary medical center.

Results: Eosinophilic infiltrates were visualized by histopathology. The patient responded well to surgical intervention, medication, and dietary modification.

Conclusion: We aim to widen the differential diagnosis for tracheal stenosis to include EoE, so that patients can received high quality care and appropriate treatment.
