Asthma is sustained by an underlying type 2 cytokines of T helper type 2 bias, resulting in airway inflammation, hyperresponsiveness, and obstruction. The potential benefit of immunotherapy with allergen can be used to prevent asthma related problems, but high level of risk in children is important. In children, for reduction of asthma progression risk with other atopic diseases (for example atopic dermatitis and allergic rhinitis), organized strategy is necessary. Nursing care and patients’ family care have a strong effect on the future and control of allergic asthma attacks. These protocols also have a main effect on the efficacy of treatment and immunotherapy of asthma. This can introduce an effective network between clinicians, nurses, patients, and their families to control asthma.
